Oil Ministry Finalises Export Figures for January

Iraq’s Ministry of Oil has announced final oil exports for January of 108,190,068 barrels, giving an average for the month of 3.490 million barrels per day (bpd), a slight decrease from the 3.535 bpd exported in December.

The exports were entirely from the southern terminals, with no exports registered from Kirkuk via Ceyhan.

Revenues for the month were $6.772 billion at an average price of $62.596 per barrel.

The oil was shipped by 31 international companies from the ports of Basra, Khor Al- Omaia and the single-point moorings (SPM’s) on the Gulf.

KRG pays Genel under Receivable Settlement Agreement

Genel Energy plc has announced that it has received an override payment of $7.05 million from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

The payment represents 4.5% of Tawke gross field revenues for the month of November 2017, as per the terms of the Receivable Settlement Agreement. 

Taken together with the monthly entitlement payments for Taq Taq and Tawke announced yesterday, Genel’s net share of payments relating to November 2017 exports totals $26.81 million.

Oil Exports Fall Slightly in January

Iraq’s Ministry of Oil has announced preliminary oil exports for January of 108,190,068 barrels, giving an average for the month of 3.490 million barrels per day (bpd), a slight decrease from the 3.535 bpd exported in December.

The exports were entirely from the southern terminals, with no exports from Kirkuk via Ceyhan.

Revenues for the month were  $6.847 billion at an average price of $63.288 per barrel.

Genel receives Payment for Taq Taq Exports

Genel Energy has announced that the Taq Taq partners have received a gross payment of $10.10 million from the Kurdistan Regional Government for oil sales during October 2017.

Genel’s net share of the payment is $5.55 million.

Iraq’s Ministry of Oil has announced preliminary oil exports for December of 109,573,817 barrels, giving an average for the month of 3.535 million barrels per day (bpd), an increase from the 3.502 bpd exported in November.

The exports were entirely from the southern terminals, with no exports from Kirkuk via Ceyhan.

Revenues for the month were  $6.496 billion at an average price of $59.286 per barrel.

Oil Ministry Declares its Final Exports for November

Iraq’s Ministry of Oil has announced final oil exports for November of 105,050,819 barrels, giving an average for the month of 3.502 million barrels per day (bpd), considerably up on the 3.348 bpd exported in October.

These exports were shipped by 40 multinational companies from the ports of Basra, Khor Al-Omaia and the SPM’s on the Arab Gulf, with no exports registered from Kirkuk.

Revenues for the month were $6.021 billion, at an average price of $57.316 per barrel.

Shaikan Payment Update

Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GKP) has confirmed that a gross payment of $15.0 million ($12.0 million net to GKP) has been received from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) for Shaikan crude oil export sales in August 2017.

Genel Energy confirms Payments for KRI Oil Exports

Genel Energy has announced the receipt of payments from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) for oil sales during September 2017 from the Tawke and Taq Taq PSCs.

DNO ASA, as operator of the Tawke PSC, has announced the receipt of $54.32 million from the KRG as payment towards September 2017 crude oil deliveries to the export market from the Tawke licence. Genel’s net share of the payment is $13.58 million.

The Taq Taq field partners have received a gross payment of $9.70 million from the KRG for oil sales during September 2017. Genel’s net share of the payment is $5.33 million.

Genel has also received an override payment of $6.55 million from the KRG, representing 4.5% of Tawke gross field revenues for the month of October 2017, as per the terms of the Receivable Settlement Agreement.

Combined, Genel’s December 2017 net receipts total $25.46 million.

Genel Energy confirms Payment from KRG

Genel Energy has announced that the company has received an override payment of $6.41 million from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

The payment represents 4.5% of Tawke gross field revenues for the month of September 2017, as per the terms of the Receivable Settlement Agreement.

An entitlement invoice for that month’s export deliveries has been issued separately and will be shared pro-rata with DNO upon receipt.
